Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 business hours' notice may be subject to a partial or full appointment fee.

Please note: "24 business hours" refers to business days, not a literal 24-hour period. For example, a cancellation made at 7:00 AM on Sunday for a Monday 8:00 AM appointment is considered a late cancellation and will incur the applicable fee.

Because new patient appointments require additional time and scheduling, late cancellations or rescheduling of new patient appointments are charged the full appointment fee.

For follow-up appointments, the full appointment fee is generally assessed for cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 business hours' notice. However, we understand that true emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the practice.
